the three swimming pools were well kept. sunbeds and towels were included. the colonial style was beautiful. the room was fantastic.
the live music wasn't always available. the website indicated live entertainment daily from 6-9 pm at the tiki bar. there was music only one night during my five-night stay. employees were confused about a discount coupon i received, and it was a hassle to use each time.

The villa was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy. The private beach was quiet and relaxing.
The front desk said we did not have a reservation. It took a while to fix it on the system. They said they would call when the room was ready, which should have been by 4 pm.
