decent stay, some hiccups

maintained swimming pools free towels colonial style inconsistent music coupon issue tiki bar

the three swimming pools were well-kept. sunbeds and towels were included. the colonial style was beautiful. the room was fantastic.

the live music wasn't always available. the website indicated live entertainment daily from 6-9 pm at the tiki bar. there was music only one night during my five-night stay. employees were confused about a discount coupon i received, and it was a hassle to use each time.

spacious villa private beach reservation issue system problem

The villa was spacious and well-equipped. The beds were very comfy. The private beach was quiet and relaxing.

The front desk said we did not have a reservation. It took a while to fix it on the system. They said they would call when the room was ready, which should have been by 4 pm.
